I'm Naomi Timperley, an innovation consultant based in Manchester. For 15 years I've helped founders, organisations and regional ecosystems navigate growth, complexity and change.
What an innovation consultant does
Good innovation consultancy isn't about ideas on a whiteboard. It's about helping the right people make better decisions, build the right relationships and turn strategy into momentum.
My work sits where worlds don't naturally connect: founders and government, universities and industry, startups and corporates, strategy and delivery. I help organisations bridge those gaps.
I've served on the Greater Manchester Combined Authority Innovation Board, chaired the University of Salford Business School Industry Advisory Board and acted as Interim Chair of FutureEverything.
