Why I Do This

Innovation is a human story long before it's a strategic one.

I've spent the last 15 years working at the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurship, technology and human connection, helping founders, organisations and ecosystems navigate growth, complexity and change.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief that innovation is ultimately about people. The best ideas, businesses and ecosystems are built when talented people are connected properly, trusted to think differently and supported to grow.

Much of my work has focused on bringing together worlds that don't naturally connect easily, founders and government, universities and industry, startups and corporates, strategy and delivery. I'm endlessly curious about how ideas become movements, how regions unlock potential and how innovation can create meaningful economic and social impact.

Over the years, I've also learned that resilience matters just as much as ambition. Experiencing both the highs of building communities and the personal challenges that come with operating publicly in the tech ecosystem has reinforced the importance of creating more human, inclusive and compassionate environments for people to thrive.

I care deeply about helping people and organisations move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose, whether that's scaling a business, building partnerships, shaping ecosystems or creating space for new ideas to emerge.
